United Maritime announces annual shareholder meeting
USEA•United Maritime will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Glyfada, Greece, on Nov. 4, 2026. Shareholders will vote on two director elections and ratifying Ernst & Young (Hellas) as auditor for 2026.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote on electing Class A directors Christina Anagnostara and Ioannis Kartsonas through the 2029 annual meeting. A separate resolution seeks ratification of Ernst & Young (Hellas) as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
