UnitedHealth adds Jodee Kozlak as chief administrative officer effective Sept. 28, 2026
UNH•UnitedHealth Group named Jodee Kozlak chief administrative officer, effective Sept. 28, 2026, in a newly created role. She will lead enterprise modernization and alignment and oversee People, Real Estate, Procurement and corporate security.
1. New administrative role
Kozlak will lead enterprise modernization and alignment, overseeing People, Real Estate, Procurement and corporate security. She previously served as a global senior vice president at Alibaba Group, focused on expansion outside China, and was Target’s executive vice president and chief human resources officer from 2004 to 2015.
