With more than 20 years in telecommunications, Orrico spent 13 years at Comcast in engineering, operations and sales leadership, most recently as Vice President for the Texas region. She earned multiple Presidents Club honors, was named Leader of the Year in 2023 and developed career-progression and leadership programs.

Her experience driving consistent year-over-year revenue gains positions her to expand Uniti Fiber’s enterprise footprint in 35 markets across six states.
