Universal Logistics Holdings has named Michael Rogers as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, with his appointment taking effect on June 1, 2026. This executive change is designed to strengthen the company’s financial leadership as it continues to expand its transportation and logistics services across North America.

2. Predecessor Transition

Jude M. Beres will resign from his CFO and Treasurer positions on May 29, 2026, after serving in that capacity since 2016 and contributing nearly three decades to the company and its affiliates. He will remain through year-end to oversee a smooth handover of financial responsibilities.

3. Michael Rogers’ Background

Rogers brings three decades of finance leadership from roles at Ford Motor Company and has served as CFO of Conlan Tire Co. and Hercules Materials, where he oversaw financial planning, reporting and controls. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Rice University and an MBA from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
