Universal Safety Products plans a virtual special shareholder meeting in 2026.

Shareholders will vote on amending the charter to authorize 25,000,000 shares of blank-check preferred stock.

Another proposal seeks authorization for 25,000,000 shares of Class B common stock with 25 votes per share.
