Upstart reported Q3 net income of $36.58 million and EPS of $0.33. Fees revenue was $364.03 million, and the company said revenue rose 34% year over year.
Loan originations reached a record, rising 44% year over year in dollar terms and 34% by number of loans. Upstart said technology and marketing advances drove record contribution profit, while secured products reached positive contribution margin ahead of plan. For 2026, it expects fees revenue of about $1.32 billion, total revenue of about $1.35 billion and adjusted EBITDA of about $260 million, or a 19% margin.
