UroGen Pharma granted inducement restricted stock units to 19 new employees under its 2019 Inducement Plan.
Up to 117,100 ordinary shares will be issued on vesting, subject to continued service.
Awards vest in three equal annual installments, with one-third vesting each year on the anniversary of the vesting date.
