The U.S. Treasury said its Dutch auction of 7-year notes had a high yield of 4.894%, a median yield of 4.840% and a low yield of 4.770%. The Treasury accepted $44.0 billion of bids against $108.4 billion tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.46.
