TLT•The U.S. Treasury’s auction of 7-year notes had a high yield of 5.085% and a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.42. The Treasury accepted $44.0 billion in bids.
1. Auction results
The U.S. Treasury’s Dutch auction of 7-year notes produced a high yield of 5.085%, a median yield of 5.019% and a low yield of 4.900%. The notes were priced at 99.504596, and 91.11% of bids at the high yield were accepted.
2. Bids and maturity
Total public bids tendered were $106.6 billion, compared with $44.0 billion accepted. The notes are scheduled to be issued Sept. 30, 2026, and mature Sept. 30, 2033.
