U.S. Bancorp raises quarterly dividend to $0.54 a share

U.S. Bancorp declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per common share, payable Oct. 15, 2026.
Shares must be held by the close of business Sept. 30, 2026 to receive the dividend.
The dividend rises 3.8% from the prior quarterly rate. At the new rate, the annualized common dividend equals $2.16 per share.
