US judge consolidates Quantum BioPharma stock-manipulation suits against CIBC, RBC
QNTM•A Manhattan federal judge consolidated Quantum BioPharma’s lawsuit with a shareholder class action alleging stock manipulation from Jan. 1, 2020, to Aug. 15, 2024, and appointed Grant & Eisenhofer as lead counsel.
1. Suits consolidated
The suits accuse CIBC, RBC or their customers of using “spoofing” to manipulate Quantum BioPharma’s stock. The class action alleges harm to shareholders who sold securities from Jan. 6, 2021, to Oct. 15, 2025.
