U.S. indexes fall as oil and Treasury yields rise September 9 (Reuters) - The main U.S. stock indexes fell on Wednesday as oil prices soared past $100 a barrel and Treasury yields rose, putting pressure on equities ahead of crucial inflation data expected later in the week.
At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.51% at 52,516.25. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.39% at 7,643.76, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.63% at 26,254.23.
