MYR Group shares gained after Jefferies upgraded the company to buy, while Spyre Therapeutics shares slipped on a $350 million share sale. AMD shares gained on plans to boost chip supply.

Constellation Energy rose after a report that Alphabet was nearing a multi-year nuclear energy deal. Nike fell after Berenberg downgraded it to sell, Option Care Health jumped on a report of a takeover bid worth more than $5 billion, and Freshworks gained ahead of its inclusion in the S&P SmallCap 600.
