U.S. stocks on the move: Snowflake, Cboe, Oracle

Snowflake edged up after increasing its convertible bond sale to $3.75 billion. Cboe climbed after extending its S&P 500 options licensing deal through 2051. Oracle gained; a report said OpenAI was nearing $70 billion in annual recurring revenue.

Bloom Energy led S&P 500 gainers, up 12.0%, followed by Carnival, up 11.6%, and Carvana, up 6.1%. Fair Isaac was the biggest loser, down 28.5%, followed by United Rentals, down 4.8%, and Equifax, down 4.7%.
