Supply and output access tied to the Caremag facility
The deal gives USA Rare Earth and LCM Europe access to a portion of Carester’s oxide output from the Caremag facility starting late 2026.
Carester will gain access to feedstock from USA Rare Earth sources including Serra Verde and the Round Top deposit in Texas.
