USA Rare Earth enters deal to buy stakes in Carester
USAR•USA Rare Earth to acquire minority stake in Carester
July 23 (Reuters) - USA Rare Earth USAR.O said on Thursday it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire minority stakes representing about 13.6% each in French rare earth processing firm Carester.
InfraVia, seeded by the French State as an anchor investor alongside private institutional capital, is also acquiring a similar stake in Carester alongside USA Rare Earth.
