USA Rare Earth Inc. said it has entered definitive agreements for a strategic investment in Carester, strengthening its European rare earth partnership.
USA Rare Earth will buy a 13.6% stake in Carester SAS.
Infravia will also buy a 13.6% stake in Carester alongside USA Rare Earth.
Carester's Caremag facility is set to commence operations in Q4 2026.
Proceeds are expected to fund Carester's expansion, research and development, and working capital.
Funding for the Carester investment is expected in Q3 2026.
