USANA amends Bank of America-led $75 million credit facility, adds EBITDA covenant
USNA•USANA Health Sciences amended its $75 million revolving credit facility, adding a minimum trailing four-quarter consolidated EBITDA covenant of $100 million starting with the quarter ended Oct. 3, 2026. The minimum falls to $70 million when revolving exposure is $50 million or less at period-end.
1. Amended credit terms
USANA Health Sciences entered an amendment on Sept. 30, 2026, to its June 27, 2025, revolving credit agreement. The facility remains $75 million, with an accordion option above $200 million and maturity on June 27, 2030. The amendment also permits the sale of a Sydney property by USANA Australia and raises the asset-sale basket to $2.5 million, while keeping sale-leasebacks largely restricted.
