UTime appoints Zhenhong Li as independent director

- UTime named Zhenhong Li as an independent director, effective Aug. 25, 2026.
- Li was appointed to fill a board vacancy created by the resignation of Hailin Xie.
- The board also tapped Li to chair the compensation committee.
- Li also joined the audit committee, plus the nominating and corporate governance committee.
