Utz Brands outlined targets to achieve organic net sales growth 2-3% above category, drive net sales to $1.9 billion, capture an additional $500 million opportunity through Boulder Canyon and geographic expansion, and reach EBITDA margins above 17% with 6-8% annual growth.
2. Four Pillars of Execution
Management emphasized four pillars: profitably outgrowing the salty snack category, expanding margins through operational efficiency, accelerating free cash flow, and deploying advanced commercial capabilities to support sustainable growth.
3. Expo West Product Showcase
At Natural Products Expo West March 4–6 the company will showcase Boulder Canyon’s full lineup, including the April launch of Agave Sriracha kettle chips cooked in avocado oil with gluten-free, Non-GMO and Kosher certifications.
4. Protein Snack Line Debut
Utz will debut Utz Protein Pretzels in Sea Salt, Honey Mustard and Cheddar varieties with 8–10 g protein per serving and Utz Protein Cheese Curls in Cheddar and Hot & Spicy Cheddar, tapping growing consumer interest in higher-protein snacks.
