UWMC•UWM Holdings launched a transferable rights offering for up to 200 million Class A shares, with each right allowing purchase of 0.57 shares at the greater of $2.00 or 85% of VWAP.
1. Offering terms
Record holders as of 5:00 p.m. ET on Oct. 2, 2026, receive one right per Class A share held. Rights expire at 5:00 p.m. ET on Nov. 12, 2026, and unexercised rights become void; holders who fully exercise basic rights may seek additional shares through an over-subscription feature, subject to pro rata allocation.
