VALE•Board names committee roles through 2027 AGM
Vale’s board met Aug. 27, 2026, setting a new lineup for its advisory committees through the 2027 annual general meeting.
- Heloisa Belotti Bedicks was named financial specialist for the Audit and Risks Committee, which she will also coordinate.
- Wilfred Theodoor Bruijn was appointed coordinator of the Capital Allocation and Projects Committee.
- Anelise Quintão Lara will coordinate the People and Remuneration Committee.
- Rachel de Oliveira Maia will coordinate the Sustainability Committee.
