Vaxart names Kevin Finney, James Breitmeyer as board committee chairs

Vaxart reorganized its Nominating and Governance Committee and Compensation Committee, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
- Kevin P. Finney was named chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
- James B. Breitmeyer, M.D., Ph.D. was named chair of the Compensation Committee.
- Committee rosters were reshuffled, including David Wheadon, M.D., Elaine J. Heron, Ph.D., and W. Mark Watson.
