VCI Global posted FY2025 revenue of USD 26.1 million, down 6.2%, as net loss attributable to shareholders widened to USD 30.3 million.
Other income turned sharply higher to USD 9.36 million, driven by a USD 5.9 million foreign-exchange gain and USD 2.5 million settlement compensation.

The company completed the VCCG spin-off and corporate restructuring, positioning the group as an AI-native operating platform focused on AI infrastructure, digital assets, renewable energy and enterprise technologies.

Cost of services rose 36.6% to USD 6.76 million, with IT expenses climbing to USD 5.66 million on accelerated AI infrastructure investment.
