VenHub plans first Smart Store deployment at Oregon’s Penn Lofts
VHUB•VenHub Global plans its first Smart Store deployment in the multifamily residential market at Penn Lofts, a new 59-unit development in Bend, Oregon.
1. Multifamily deployment
The store is being integrated into the property’s design as a core resident amenity, rather than installed as a retrofit. VenHub is evaluating additional multifamily sites and expects to provide further deployment updates as the strategy develops.
