Ventas raises 2026 investment outlook to USD 4.5 billion, lifts disposition and loan repayment proceeds view to about USD 700 million

Ventas lifted its FY 2026 investment expectations to USD 4.5 billion, focused on senior housing, from USD 3 billion.
Disposition and loan repayment proceeds are now forecast at about USD 700 million at a roughly 7% blended yield, up from about USD 300 million.
Full-year earnings and cash flow assumptions
For FY 2026, Ventas expects:
- Net income attributable to common stockholders of USD 291 million to USD 317 million, or USD 0.58 to USD 0.63 a share.
- Nareit FFO of USD 1.9 billion to USD 1.93 billion, or USD 3.76 to USD 3.81 a share.
- Normalized FFO of USD 1.95 billion to USD 1.97 billion, or USD 3.85 to USD 3.90 a share.
- Interest expense of about USD 646 million at the midpoint.
- FAD capital expenditures of about USD 400 million.
