Bridge loan facility supports amphitheater construction
Venu Holding secured a $20 million bridge loan facility with Ryan to fund construction of its 20,000-seat Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas.
The facility is intended to cover near-term construction costs ahead of expected permanent financing in fiscal 2026 Q3 to cover the remaining project balance.
