VEON’s Board set the 2026 Annual General Meeting for May 11, 2026 at 12:00 Gulf Standard Time and designated March 31, 2026 as the record date. Shareholders will vote on director elections, the reappointment of UHY LLP as auditor, and approval of the audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2026.

The Board and its Nomination Committee recommended seven current directors for re-election: Chairman Augie K Fabela II, Andrei Gusev, Sir Brandon Lewis, Duncan Perry, former U.S. Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo, Michiel Soeting and Chief Executive Officer Kaan Terzioglu.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, digital revenue surged 84.1% year-over-year to 20.1% of Group revenue. VEON also highlighted its August 2025 NASDAQ listing of Kyivstar and is advancing integration of terrestrial and satellite networks through a partnership with SpaceX, alongside growth in digital, financial services and AI.
