The company plans to seek full U.S. approval in Q4 2026 after the drug received accelerated approval in July.

Trial met all goals in IgA nephropathy
The company says its drug Trutakna has met all goals in a late-stage confirmatory trial of 428 adults with immunoglobulin A nephropathy, which can lead to kidney failure.
The drug largely stabilized kidney function and cut the risk of disease progression by 76% vs placebo over two years, according to Vera.
No Trutakna patients experienced long-term dialysis, kidney transplantation or death through two years, compared with eight patients on placebo.
