Vera Therapeutics granted three new employees options on 14,900 shares and restricted stock units on 7,450 shares under its 2024 Inducement Plan on November 2, 2026.

1. Equity awards

The options vest 25% on the first vesting commencement anniversary, with the remainder vesting monthly over 36 months. The restricted stock units vest over four years, with 25% vesting on each anniversary of November 20, 2026; all awards require continued service through the applicable vesting dates.
