Verastem dosed the first patient in TARGET-D 203, a Phase 2 registration-directed trial of VS-7375 for KRAS G12D-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer.
The study tests VS-7375 alone or with EGFR blockade; it also explores a first-line regimen combining VS-7375 with cetuximab, chemotherapy.
Early findings from an ongoing Phase 1/2 program have already been presented, showing preliminary anti-tumor activity with manageable safety in monotherapy, combination cohorts.
An additional clinical update is expected in the second half of 2026, extending the company’s KRAS G12D development push across colorectal, pancreatic, lung cancers.
