VerifyMe shareholders will vote Sept. 24, 2026, on Proposal 6, a new class of Blockchain Common Stock.
The measure would create the corporate authority to pursue a dual-market listing on Figure OPEN alongside an anticipated Nasdaq listing post-merger with OpenWorld.
