Verizon gains after annual forecast hike, AWS AI deal
AMZN•Verizon shares rose 2.1% premarket after the company raised its 2026 postpaid phone subscriber outlook to 1.1 million-1.2 million and lifted its adjusted EPS forecast to $5.04-$5.06. Verizon also signed an AI infrastructure deal worth more than $2 billion with Amazon Web Services.

Verizon expects to add 1.1 million to 1.2 million postpaid phone subscribers in 2026, up from its previous projection of 750,000 to 1 million. It raised its full-year adjusted EPS forecast to $5.04-$5.06 from $4.99-$5.04 and signed an AI infrastructure deal worth more than $2 billion with Amazon Web Services.
