Verra Mobility Names Stacey Moser Chief Customer Officer in Organizational Restructure
VRRM•Verra Mobility appointed Stacey Moser as Chief Customer Officer, centralizing sales, account management and marketing under unified leadership to accelerate its transformation and enhance customer focus. The board’s Transformation Committee also accelerated a hybrid operating model integrating HR, Finance, Legal, Government Relations, Engineering and Product Management directly under the CEO.
1. Chief Customer Officer Appointment
Verra Mobility has appointed Stacey Moser as Chief Customer Officer, effective immediately. In this role, Moser will oversee sales, account management and marketing across both Commercial Services and Government Solutions, unifying customer-facing teams under a single leader to drive alignment and execution against strategic objectives.
2. Acceleration of Hybrid Operating Model
The Transformation Committee recommended and the board approved accelerating a hybrid operating model that centralizes key functions—Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Government Relations, Engineering and Product Management—under direct CEO oversight. This shift aims to reduce complexity, improve decision-making speed, optimize cost structure and strengthen accountability.
3. Executive Transition in Government Solutions
Jon Baldwin, Executive Vice President of Government Solutions, will depart the company effective July 9, 2026, remaining through that date to ensure a smooth handover. Baldwin’s exit follows his role in securing major contracts, including the renewal of New York City’s automated traffic enforcement program.
