Versamet achieved Q4 2025 revenue of $18.4 million (up 465% year-over-year), net income of $15.1 million (up 307%), operating cash flow of $13.9 million (up 1,126%) and adjusted EBITDA of $13.6 million (up 862%). For the full year, revenue totaled $34.8 million (up 189%), net income reached $20.3 million (up 931%), and adjusted EBITDA was $23.0 million (up 336%).

2. Strategic Acquisitions and Financing Activities

In 2025, Versamet added a copper stream on Endeavour Silver’s Kolpa mine, a silver stream on Rosh Pinah in Namibia, and a polymetallic royalty on Santa Rita. Post-quarter, the company completed a C$142 million equity financing, a C$22 million private placement, repaid C$126 million of debt and expanded its revolving credit facility to C$225 million.
