Vertical Data announces annual shareholder meeting

Vertical Data will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Las Vegas on Aug. 27, 2026.
Votes will cover the election of three directors: Deven Soni, David Hackett, and Jaime Leverton.
Shareholders will also vote on ratifying Simon & Edward as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.
Other items include approving amended and restated bylaws, with a separate proposal to adjourn the meeting if needed.
