Vertical Data announces annual shareholder meeting

Vertical Data will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting in Las Vegas on Sept. 17, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing three directors: Deven Soni, David Hackett, and Jaime Leverton.
Balloting also includes ratifying Simon & Edward LLP as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026.
Votes are also scheduled on adopting amended and restated bylaws, amending the articles of incorporation, and authorizing adjournment if needed.
