Platform revenue reached $434 million in 2025, a 31% increase year-over-year, with a full-year adjusted EBITDA margin of -8%. Management guided 2026 revenue to $542.9–$545.1 million and targeted an adjusted EBITDA margin of -2.3% to -1.4%, expecting the first positive quarter in Q4 2026.

3. Customer Retention and Downtowner Acquisition

Net revenue retention stood at 119%, and gross retention hit a record 98%. The late-December Downtowner acquisition added 94 customers, deepening presence in destination cities and smaller accounts.

4. AI-Driven Product Expansion

Around 400 engineers released over 50 new products and features in 2025, leveraging AI for transit network design, operational monitoring, safety insights, and dispatcher assistance to boost efficiency and scale the platform.
