Viking Acquisition to move NYSE listing to NYSE American ahead of NorthStar deal close
VACI•Viking Acquisition expects its NorthStar business combination to close on Sept. 30, 2026, with trading on NYSE American under the name NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises beginning Oct. 1.
1. Listing transition
Viking Acquisition Corp. I will move its listing from the NYSE to NYSE American in connection with its NorthStar deal. The business combination is expected to close on Sept. 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions; trading is expected to begin Oct. 1 under the name NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises, with common shares trading as NSTR and public warrants as NSTR.WS.
