VirTra won a sole-source, single-award, five-year IDIQ contract from U.S. Customs and Border Protection with a $14 million ceiling and no guaranteed orders or revenue.

The contract covers maintenance, modernization and support services for training simulators deployed across CBP. Work is set to start in the first quarter of 2027, with upgrades intended to maintain compatibility with CBP’s existing training content.
