NBP•Visara secured an exclusive option to potentially acquire NovaBridge Biosciences’ YOL104 program, which includes YOL104-2 for ocular surface squamous neoplasia. NovaBridge is eligible for an upfront payment, an exercise payment, milestone payments and tiered royalties if the acquisition is completed.
