Vishay Intertechnology posts record quarterly revenue in Q3, beating estimates

Fiscal third-quarter diluted earnings per share were $0.37, and net earnings were $58.97 million. Gross margin rose 600 basis points year over year to 25.5%, which the company attributed to revenue growth and execution under Vishay 3.0.

Vishay expects fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $990 million, plus or minus $15 million, and gross margin of 26.0%, plus or minus 50 basis points.
