Vision Marine activates Northpoint floor plan financing facility for Nautical Ventures inventory purchases
VMAR•Vision Marine activated a floor plan financing facility with Northpoint Commercial Finance for eligible Nautical Ventures inventory purchases. The pay-as-sold structure is intended to support demand-driven replenishment.
1. Financing facility activated
The facility is active and available for eligible inventory purchases, subject to borrowing terms and requirements. Its pay-as-sold structure targets demand-driven replenishment of qualifying boats. Northpoint previously financed Nautical Ventures, extending an existing relationship following Vision Marine’s June 2025 acquisition of the retail unit.
