Vision Marine enters agreement for reverse takeover

Aug. 24 (Reuters) - Vision Marine Technologies said it had entered a non-binding agreement for a reverse takeover with a privately held defense company.
The marine technology maker said the deal would result in a change of control at the company but did not disclose the name of the potential acquirer.
