Vision Marine has completed the transition of customer-facing tender display and sales activities from its former 1440 S. Federal Highway site in Fort Lauderdale to a newly opened Dania Beach waterfront location at 50 South Bryan Road. The Dania Beach facility offers direct on-water demonstrations, dedicated retail space, and enhanced logistics support.
2. Pending Sale of 1440 S. Federal Property
With the operational transition finalized, Vision Marine has initiated the July 28 closing for the sale of the 1440 S. Federal property, eliminating redundant fixed site costs. The sale agreement requires no buyer financing contingency, and closing remains subject only to customary title and regulatory conditions, aligning with the company’s real estate optimization strategy.

The divestiture of the former showroom forms part of Vision Marine’s broader initiative to streamline its operating footprint and concentrate resources at strategically aligned waterfront locations.
