VisionWave accepts conditional $20 million order for 200 unmanned ground vehicles
VWAV•VisionWave accepted a conditional purchase order for 200 STRATUM VARAN unmanned ground vehicles with a base price of $20 million. No funds have been received, and the order is excluded from backlog until its conditions are satisfied or waived.
1. Order conditions and schedule
The order carries no production or delivery obligation until funding proof, bank-guarantee terms, advance payment, licenses, approvals and compliance reviews are satisfied or waived. The $2 million advance payment is to be secured by an advance-payment bank guarantee, but its terms remain unresolved. If conditions are met, delivery targets are 70 units within 12 months, 70 in months 13–24 and 60 in months 25–36; no revenue has been recognized, and end users require disclosure and VisionWave approval.
