VisionWave Activates RF Sensing, Completes SaverOne Stage One and Expands into Liberia

VisionWave completed the first stage of its SaverOne transaction and acquired a controlling stake in Junko Solar, while activating its RF sensing layer across its multi-domain intelligence platform. The company also formed an Israeli subsidiary and initiated offshore exploration steps in Liberia’s Blocks LB-4 and LB-5.

1. Strategic Transactions and Acquisitions

Since becoming public, VisionWave has completed the first stage of its SaverOne transaction, aligned with C.M. Composite Materials’ largest creditor toward a potential acquisition, and through its SolarDrone subsidiary secured a controlling interest in Junko Solar, enhancing its energy infrastructure capabilities.

2. Platform Evolution and Technology Layers

The company activated its RF sensing layer across its core architecture, expanded subsurface sensing efforts, advanced UAV and UGV autonomous systems via SolarDrone and VARAN initiatives, and continued development of its QuantumSpeed™ and QSpeed™ computational engines to power AI-driven data processing.

3. Energy and Subsurface Initiatives

VisionWave initiated exploratory offshore activities in Liberia’s Blocks LB-4 and LB-5 and progressed internal research on RF-based subsurface sensing frameworks for geological analysis and energy exploration, with technologies currently at research and evaluation stages.

4. Global Expansion and Corporate Structure

VisionWave established an Israeli subsidiary with a dedicated leadership team and engaged government officials in Latin America, India, Europe, and the Middle East to demonstrate its integrated sensing and autonomous systems, though no binding agreements have yet been secured.
