VisionWave, Foresight Automotive sign strategic cooperation pact on military autonomous solutions

VisionWave entered a non-exclusive strategic cooperation agreement with Foresight Automotive on Aug. 17, 2026, targeting defense autonomous solutions.

The companies plan to integrate Foresight 3D perception tech, including visible-light and infrared cameras, into the VARAN modular unmanned ground vehicle platform.

VisionWave received promotion rights for mutually approved military opportunities during the term, subject to Foresight approval for global efforts.

No ownership or manufacturing, sublicensing, sales, or distribution rights were granted; any commercialization terms depend on later definitive agreements.

The agreement sets no minimum purchase or supply commitments, and no fees are payable, with each side covering its own costs.
