SolarDrone Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of VisionWave, entered an agreement to acquire a 51% controlling interest in Junko Solar Ltd. at a $400,000 valuation. The transaction involves total consideration of $204,000 structured in three staged payments and will integrate Junko Solar’s panel maintenance services into SolarDrone’s infrastructure operations.

As part of the acquisition agreement, Amos Cohen—founder and controlling shareholder of Junko Solar—will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of SolarDrone Ltd. Cohen is expected to oversee the operational integration of Junko Solar’s services and drive growth within the solar infrastructure segment.

These developments align with VisionWave’s strategy to build a unified ecosystem of autonomous aerial platforms, specialized payload technologies, and infrastructure intelligence capabilities. While the Latin American engagements remain exploratory, the Junko Solar acquisition strengthens SolarDrone’s position in the expanding solar energy services market, enhancing the company’s commercial and security-focused product offerings.
