Vistra declares quarterly common stock dividend of $0.231 a share
VST•Vistra declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.231 per share, totaling approximately $75 million. It also declared preferred stock dividends of $35 per Series B share and $44.375 per Series C share.

The common dividend is payable Dec. 31, 2026, to shareholders of record Dec. 22. The Series B preferred dividend is payable Dec. 15 to holders of record Dec. 1, and the Series C preferred dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2027, to holders of record Jan. 1.
